Perfume Factory
The Perfume Factory was originally a wool sheet factory and then a perfumery. The building dates from the late 18th century.
The typical Provençal building has been completely renovated to current standards but retains its authentic charm. The property has the advantage of being very private yet part of the village, and you can walk out of the house into glorious countryside, with several hiking trails starting just above the property.
Indoor
The residence comprises 10 bedrooms and suites and offering versatile configurations. It is segmented into three units: the main unit features five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
An independent apartment (Mahalia) with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom, which can be directly connected to a second apartment (Amalia) providing a comfortable living room, and two extra bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The villa offers amenities like a balcony, dressing area, ironing set, hairdryer, work desk, and a stone fireplace.

Location
Situated amidst the serene greenery of the Haut Var hills, the house is only a 5-minute walk from the village center. The village offers restaurants, a few bars, a post office, and various small shops. The countryside around Seillans features rustic chapels, vineyards, forests, and olive groves, and Seillans is recognized as one of "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France" (The Most Beautiful Villages of France). Guests staying at The Perfume Factory Villa can easily access nearby attractions such as La Ferme des Cairns (25-minute walk), The Orange Tree Galerie (5-minute drive) and a Chateau (10-minute walk).
There are buses and you can walk and cycle, but you do really need a car to appreciate the Var. Seillans is about an hour's drive from Nice airport and the TGV station at Draguignan-Les Arcs. Within an hour's drive you can reach Nice, Cannes, Antibes, and Draguignan, with Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, St Tropez and the Gorges du Verdon being only half an hour more.
